All prices displayed on pawcheek.com are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price you see at checkout is the price applicable to your order at the time of purchase.

Payment must be made at the time of placing your order using one of the payment methods offered at checkout, which may include card payments and payment services such as Amazon Pay. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and us will occur when we dispatch the products and send you a dispatch confirmation email. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including delays by delivery partners.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Your rights to cancel, return items and receive refunds are explained in detail in our Refund & Returns Policy. This includes information about:

  • Change‑of‑mind returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Conditions for returns (for example, items must be new, unused and in original packaging with tags).

If you choose to pay using a payment service such as Amazon Pay, your payment will be processed by that service under its own terms and conditions and privacy notice.

Any refunds due for orders paid using such services will be processed back to the original payment method where possible, in line with our Refund & Returns Policy and the rules of the relevant payment service.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order, or for any loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

At present, orders are placed using guest checkout. If we introduce customer accounts in future, you will be responsible for keeping any login details confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
